Milngavie is well served by both rail and bus services operated on behalf of SPT (Strathclyde Passenger Transport).
Rail services
Milngavie station is located in the centre of the village
and is manned by ScotRail staff seven days a week. It has a large free car park.
Services run every half hour to the centre of Glasgow.
Most services are to/from Queen Street Low Level Station, but evening, Sunday and early Saturday morning services are to/from Glasgow Central Low Level Station.
